    This 45-minute session includes:

Craniosacral can been helpful for: Headaches, Trauma, emotional and physical, Stress, Autism Spectrum Disorders, TMJ, Tinnitus, Fibromyalgia and other Connective-Tissue Disorders.

Each session begins with a client postural analysis. The practitioner will observe gait, taking notice of any imbalance in the hip and shoulder girdles, observe positioning and/or strain in the neck and head placement in relation to the spine, assess where the client may be experiencing restrictions with inhalation (inspiration) and exhalation (expiration), and locate where the midline of the body is in gravity.

As a Structural Integration | Rolfer® my eyes are trained to see catches, hitches, pulls and snags that have manifested in the client's body, just by watching regular movement.

At Hof’ Integration, it is my intention to work with each client, to develop an educated and personalized plan that mirrors the needs and goals of the client, with respect, kindness and knowledge.
